Humans need rest after they work full time in a single day but some people have sleeping difficulties. Do you have difficulty to sleep? For some people, insomnia can be a temporary habit and it will disappear on its own. It’s because insomnia can be caused by temporary things, such as eating too much or having snack in the midnight. You feel that your stomach is full and it will make you feel uncomfortable when lying down on the bed. The backflow of acid and food from the stomach into the esophagus will make you keep awake in the night. Drinking coffee in daytime also make you face insomnia.
